What counts as an "active member"?
An active member is any user who has earned points (FP, CP, TP, or ST) in the current month. Members who haven't engaged don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You'll receive a warning at 80% usage. At 100%, you'll get an email notification with a 20% grace period. At 120%, features are throttled until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade anytime and pay the prorated difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing period. No long-term contracts.
